From marketing he couldn't measure to a $2.95M tracked pipeline and 319 booked jobs in 14 months
Albert Castillo runs Power Route Electric & Plumbing out of Pasadena and North Hills, and he's a strong closer with 73 five-star reviews. We came in and built everything from the ground up. We built the full website, launched their plumbing side as a real revenue line, ran search-everywhere SEO across Google, Maps, Reddit, and AI answers, got them into the AMPED Electric lead-gen program, and wired all 7 channels into TrackPilot. In about 14 months that stack has tracked $2.95M in pipeline, 319 booked jobs, and 789 leads captured, and ChatGPT now names Power Route the top electrician for North Hills.

The challenge
Albert Castillo is a sharp operator and a strong closer. His problem was never the phone. It was that he'd been burned before. At a previous company, partners poured money into SEO and lead-gen with no clear picture of what actually worked. So every time spend made him nervous, he pulled the plug. He wasn't a bad marketer. He was a competent operator who got let down by marketing he could never measure.
So the mandate wasn't 'add one more channel and hope.' It was to build the systems from the ground up and give him visibility into every channel at once. A real website. A real plumbing line, not just a page. SEO everywhere his customers actually look. A lead-gen engine that produces estimates. And one dashboard tying all of it back to booked work, so marketing finally reads as a measurable investment instead of the gamble that burned him.
What we built

A website we built from scratch, and a plumbing line we launched from zero
We built their full website from the ground up, the whole thing, structured to rank and to convert real jobs. Then we did the harder part. Power Route wanted to expand from electrical into plumbing, and they invested in the drain equipment to do it. We built the plumbing side as a real service line. That meant building the plumbing pages and driving the demand so the new line had customers waiting the day it opened. Not a page bolted onto an electrician's site. A second revenue line with a real front door.
- Built the entire Power Route website from scratch, engineered to rank and convert
- Launched the plumbing side as a full service line, not just an add-on page
- Built the plumbing pages and drove demand so the new line had customers from day one
- Gave one contractor two revenue lines, electrical and plumbing, on one site

We got them found on Google, Maps, Reddit, and inside AI answers
Search isn't just Google anymore, so we didn't stop at Google. We ran search-everywhere SEO across Google, Maps, and increasingly Reddit, where real deals actually come from. The organic climb was real. Search impressions grew roughly 29x, from 70 to 2,044. Average position climbed from 36.6, buried on page 4, up to 13.3, page 1 to 2. Ranked keywords grew from 14 to 26. And the payoff shows up where buying decisions are moving next. Ask ChatGPT for the best electricians in the area and it names Power Route the top choice for North Hills, and cites powerrouteelectric.com directly.
- Search impressions grew roughly 29x, from 70 to 2,044
- Average position climbed from 36.6 on page 4 to 13.3 on page 1 to 2
- Ranked keywords grew from 14 to 26
- Real deals coming in from Reddit, not just Google
- ChatGPT names Power Route the top electrician for North Hills and cites powerrouteelectric.com directly

Paid search catching high-intent buyers, every lead tied to a real job
SEO builds the long game, but plenty of buyers are searching with their wallet out right now. We ran Google Ads and Local Service Ads to catch that high-intent demand the moment someone types 'electrician near me' or needs a plumber same-day. The difference from what Albert had before is attribution. Every paid lead gets matched to a real job in the pipeline, so we know exactly what the spend returns instead of guessing.
- Google Ads and Local Service Ads catching high-intent, ready-to-buy searches
- Present the moment someone needs an electrician or plumber now
- Every paid lead matched to a real job, no orphaned spend
- Attribution on every dollar, so the channel proves itself

The AMPED lead-gen program, an estimates machine
To scale past organic and paid search, we got Power Route into the AMPED Electric lead-gen program, and it's been a standout. Since it started in March 2026, $10,715 in spend has produced $276,260 in booked estimates across 51 estimates, roughly a 26x return in estimates generated. The channel is new, so we'll be straight about where it sits. $49,430 of that is already closed across 13 jobs, and more of those estimates are still converting as the crews work through them. The machine is filling the pipeline faster than it can close, which is exactly what you want from a new channel.
- AMPED lead-gen launched March 2026, a standout channel already
- $10,715 in spend produced $276,260 in booked estimates across 51 estimates
- Roughly a 26x return in estimates generated
- $49,430 already closed across 13 jobs, with more still converting
- New channel, honestly framed, and the pipeline keeps filling

TrackPilot gave Albert the one thing he never had, visibility
Everything above runs into TrackPilot, and this is the piece that changes the relationship. All 7 channels report into one dashboard, and every one ties back to booked work. Across about 14 months that's $2.95M in tracked pipeline, 319 booked jobs, and 789 leads captured, all in a single view. Albert can finally see which channel produced which job. Marketing stopped being the gamble that burned him and became a measurable investment he can scale with confidence. That's the line between a vendor who sends invoices and a partner who shows the work. We chose to be the partner.
- All 7 channels attributed in one TrackPilot dashboard
- $2.95M in tracked pipeline, 319 booked jobs, 789 leads captured in about 14 months
- Every channel tied back to booked work, no black boxes
- Marketing became a measurable investment instead of a gamble
- The visibility Albert was denied before, delivered as a partner not a vendor
