The standard we hold ourselves to
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We consider this site partially conformant, meaning most of the standard is met and some parts are not yet. We would rather say that honestly than claim full conformance we have not audited end to end.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading order, so screen readers and AI parsers both get a real document structure.
- Text alternatives on meaningful images, and decorative images marked as decorative so they are skipped rather than read aloud.
- Keyboard operability for navigation, forms, tabs, and accordions, with a visible focus state.
- Color contrast checked against the AA thresholds for body text and interface elements, and color is never the only way information is conveyed.
- Labeled form fields with errors described in text rather than by color alone.
- Responsive layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling and stays readable at 200 percent zoom.
Known limitations
We are working on the following. If one of these is what blocked you, contact us and it moves up the list.
- The scheduling widget on our booking page is a third-party embed. Its accessibility is controlled by that vendor, not by us. If it blocks you, email us and we will book the call for you directly.
- Some interactive tools with multi-step forms and charts have not been fully audited with assistive technology. Chart data is also available as text on request.
- Some case study screenshots carry descriptive alt text that summarizes the image rather than transcribing every figure inside it.
- A small number of animated transitions have not been fully wired to the reduced-motion preference.

This is the part that matters more than the statement. If any page, form, or document stops you from doing what you came to do, email [email protected]. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you know it.
We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to fix or provide a working alternative within 10 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you why and give you a date. Anything you need from this site we will also provide directly by email or on a call.

This statement is based on internal self-evaluation, including keyboard and screen reader testing and automated checks during development. It has not been validated by an independent third-party audit. We review it whenever we ship significant changes to the site.
