Cookie Policy

Every cookie and storage mechanism this site actually loads today, what it does, and how to turn it off. Short list, because we run a light site.

Last updated July 28, 2026

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Related technologies do the same job by other means, including local storage, session storage, pixels, and tracking scripts. This policy covers all of them on getproofpilot.com.

What this site loads today

ProofPilot runs a deliberately light marketing site. As of the revision date at the top of this page, we set no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies of our own. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel, or any similar tracking script on this domain. The only categories in play are the ones below.

CategoryWhat it isSet byLifetime
Strictly necessarySecurity and bot protection at the network edge, plus TLS and request routing. Not used to profile you.CloudflareSession up to 30 days
FunctionalBrowser storage used by interactive tools to remember your place in a multi-step form. It stays on your device and is not sent to us as a cookie. This site, in your browserUntil you clear site data
Third-party embedThe scheduling widget on our booking page is loaded from Calendly and sets its own cookies when it renders, so it can run the booking flow.CalendlyPer Calendly’s policy
Loaded by the embedCalendly’s widget also loads a ZoomInfo visitor identification pixel. We do not add it, do not control it, and do not receive data from it, but it runs on the booking page because the widget brings it. Blocking third-party cookies or using a tracker blocker stops it.ZoomInfo, via CalendlyPer ZoomInfo’s policy

Both of these only load on the booking page. If you never open that page, neither one runs.

If that changes

We may add analytics or advertising measurement later, because we run paid campaigns and we practice what we sell. If we do, we will update this page before or at the time the tag goes live, name the tool and its purpose, and where the law requires it we will ask for consent through a banner rather than dropping the cookie first.

How to control cookies

  • Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its privacy settings, and lets you block third-party cookies specifically, which stops the booking embed from setting any.
  • Clearing site data for getproofpilot.com removes the functional browser storage described above.
  • Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break bot protection and stop parts of the site loading.
  • We honor Global Privacy Control signals your browser sends, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What our clients’ sites do

This policy covers getproofpilot.com only. Websites we build or manage for client businesses run their own tracking, typically including analytics and ad platform tags, and each of those sites carries its own cookie disclosure. The client business, not ProofPilot, is the controller of data collected there.
